Secretary Spellings Testifies Before House Committee on Education and Labor

Secretary Spellings testified before the U.S. House Committee on Education and Labor hearing on “Ensuring the Availability of Federal Student Loans.” Secretary Spellings also launched a new brochure, Federal Aid First, as a resource for students and families that encourages them to maximize more affordable Federal student aid options available to them before pursuing other options.
