I think you need to pay special attention and make sure you’ve got the valves closed tightly. It’s way tooooo big to really use anyplace with limited space I took it to a cabin on a retreat and it made it really hard to walk past it, just too big, very comfortable but it’s really better for setting up in your own tent or your own room too large otherwise.

It’s a queen size, nearly standard height bed that is amazingly comfortable to sleep on. To me, the big plus of this bed is that you can put standard fitted sheets on the mattress, and they’ll stay put, since you can tuck them in, under the mattress but inside the ‘frame’ part of the system. That’s unusual, because most inflatable beds I’ve seen require you to just drape the bedding over the bed, and hope it stays put while you sleep.

Inflatable InstaSleep Aerobed Quick and Comfortable

This is puncture resistant heavy gauge. If the description doesn’t say puncture resistant heavy gauge, it wont last long. I got a queen size that I paid $45 for that was good for 2 months. How do you patch the inner lining that separates the tubes? I ended up sleaping on 6 small tubes, and 1 huge one at the edge of the bed. Having previously gotten this same bed in a twin (must have been one of the last ones to buy), I know this one will hold up. If you go for the cheap “industrial strength” beds, they’ll last about 2 to 4 months. If you go for the puncture resistant, it’ll last a lot longer. Even though it costs a bit more, buying the less expensive ones costs more in the long run (they give you patches, but how are you going to find the puncture?). I’d say go for the puncture resistant, and save trouble down the road. Take it from a guy that’s tossed 2 cheap air beds.
